Over the past 3 years I have developed 12 separate web/intranet modules that are designed specifically to automate everyday business administration tasks. These tasks include customer relationship management, job estimation, job creation and tracking, payroll, employee time-sheets, live stock database and stock control, purchase order and delivery note systems. My previous management team were integral during the development of these modules and their feedback and expertise has ensured a very practical and effective system.
The system can be hosted remotely on a secure web server or private intranet server (with blistering performance) and is distributable via VPN to different sites, home offices and remote workers. Any area of the system can be password protected for varying levels of user access and it has been designed from the ground up for multiple simultaneous users.
The cross platform compatibility and open source nature of the system means that the cost of a new infrastructure need not be expensive, as it can be hosted on Windows, Linux or MacOS and can be used client side on any platform that supports a Java Script/HTML 4.01 compliant web browser!
Currently I am working to give my applications an improved professional front end, additional feature sets, hardened PHP security and optimised modular code. I plan to have the entire range available during the coming months.
